Yes. It applies the official A+ to NG scale and GPA with credit-hour weighting, supports continuous assessment for Classes 1–5 and internal plus external marks for Classes 6–8, and prints CDC-format grade sheets.

Each subject's grade point is multiplied by its credit hours, the results are added up and divided by the total credit hours. AEIMS does this automatically from the marks teachers enter, so there are no manual calculation errors.

Yes. Online exams have a countdown timer, save answers every second and submit automatically when time runs out. Results can be published alongside written exams on the same marksheet.

Yes. A drag-and-drop designer lets you place your logo, fields, signatures and backgrounds exactly where you want them, for marksheets, report cards, receipts, certificates and more.

Yes. AEIMS works with eSewa, Khalti and bank portals, and each payment appears in the student's fee ledger automatically with a receipt.

Yes. Set scholarships by percentage or fixed amount, on the whole fee or on specific fee items, and the system calculates every student's correct due.

Yes. It covers vouchers with approvals, purchase, sales and journal entries, payroll with allowances and deductions, and reports such as the ledger, trial balance and balance sheet.

The biometric attendance devices keep recording offline and sync automatically when the connection returns, so no attendance is lost.

Yes. Parents can get an automatic SMS or app notification when their child is marked absent, with no manual work for the office.

Yes. With GPS tracking, parents see the bus on a live map in the parent app, and management gets route deviation alerts, fuel and distance reports.

Yes. There are dedicated Android and iOS apps. Teachers mark attendance and enter marks, and parents see attendance, results, fees, homework and the live school bus location.

Teachers can generate exam questions and NEB-aligned lesson plans in minutes, and staff can ask the AI assistant about attendance, fees or results in plain language. Teachers always review AI drafts before they are used.
